Slater Family Network is the family center serving residents of the Bangor Area School

District, providing resources, referrals, and programs to individuals and families since

2000.

The Executive Director is responsible for:

● the management and coordination of resources;

● the facilitation of referrals and the development of programs aimed at supporting

families in the Bangor Area School District.

● strategic planning, budgeting, program development and community

engagement.

● also acts as the primary liaison to the Governing Board.

Qualifications:

● education and/or experience in non-profit management;

● knowledge and skills in the areas of community building, budget management,

fundraising, communication, and public speaking.

Other details:

● Approximately 35 hours/week, salary $50k - $70k based on experience.

we are an independent entity, so this is NOT a district job.
